How to Submit a Support Ticket

If you need help with anything, our support portal makes it easy to get in touch with us. Just follow the steps below to submit a ticket or view your existing requests.


Submitting a New Ticket

  1. Visit our support portal: https://support.peacebuilders.net

  2. Click the “Submit a Ticket” button at the top of the page.

  3. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.

  4. Attach any files or screenshots that may help us assist you.

  5. Click “Submit” — your request will be sent to our support team.

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your ticket is created.


Viewing Your Tickets

You can easily track the status of all your support requests.

Option 1: Log In

  1. Go to https://support.peacebuilders.net

  2. Click “Login” in the top-right corner.

  3. Sign in using your email and password.

  4. After logging in, click “Tickets” or “My Requests” to view all your submitted tickets.

Option 2: Create an Account

If you’ve never logged in before:

  1. Visit https://support.peacebuilders.net

  2. Click “Sign Up”

  3. Enter your name and email address.

  4. Check your inbox for the verification email and follow the instructions.

  5. After activating your account, log in to view all your past and current tickets—even those you submitted before creating an account.
